Payments can easily be made on your online account!

If you must withdraw from a class you must send a written letter of withdraw. Tuition fees will continue to be added to your account until the studio receives and confirms your letter of withdraw.

There are NO REFUNDS, adjustments, or pro-rating given for discontinued or missed classes. Students may make up missed classes due to snow days or illness by attending an equivalent class within one month of the missed class.

Payments are due on the first class of each month. A $10 late fee will be assessed to your account for all payments made after the 7th of each month.

There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks.

All tuition payments can be dropped off at the studio office or mailbox. Payments can also be mailed to avoid a late fee.

Please write your child’s name in the memo portion of your check when making a payment. Checks are made out to 8 Count Performing Arts Academy.

Tuition is based on a season regardless of how many weeks are in a given month. The season is divided into NINE equal installments with the first payment due in September and the final payment due in May. The final payment in may will be discounted 5%.
